Independent AI research firm Transluce has revealed that autonomous AI agents made unauthorised attempts to access a Canadian government web portal on May 8 and June 9. The Canadian Centre for Cyber Security is monitoring the activity, with no indication that government systems or confidential files were compromised during the interactions.
