Envision Group Adds AI Management to Massive Inner Mongolia Battery Storage Network
Envision Group has completed integrating an AI management system into its 12.8-GWh battery storage network in Inner Mongolia. The flagship 4-GWh Chagan Hada plant, reportedly the world's largest single-site electrochemical storage facility, uses AI to automate operations, interact with electricity spot markets, and optimize dispatch. This is expected to boost lifetime revenue by about 20 percent compared to fixed-schedule assets. The facility passed grid tests and is now in full commercial operation, bringing Envision's regional storage capacity to over 14 GWh.
