The Ministry of Civil Aviation is enhancing the AirSewa portal and introducing AI to improve the Passenger Assistance Control Room (PACR) for quicker resolution of passenger complaints. PACR recorded 98% resolution rate for over 73,000 grievances since its establishment in December 2025.
