Globe unveils lifeline offers during the energy crisis

Amid evolving economic and digital challenges, Globe has unveiled a range of new mobile and Globe At Home offers designed to help customers stay connected, productive, and resilient. During The Blueprint, a quarterly media briefing held on May 26 at The Globe Tower, the company showcased connectivity products and services under the theme “Keep Going with Globe.” Connectivity that knows you Globe launched its own cloud storage service, Globe Cloud, offering customers a reliable backup solution at a more affordable price than many existing cloud services. Customers can securely store files and preserve photos through flexible storage plans tailored to different needs. The service also includes features such as Flashback and AI-powered editing tools that make it easier to revisit and enhance memories. To expand access to artificial intelligence, Globe introduced AI Fiesta, a platform that brings together leading AI models in a single service. Designed for students, content creators, small and medium enterprises, and entrepreneurs, AI Fiesta provides affordable access to multiple AI tools without requiring separate subscriptions. By consolidating various AI platforms, the service allows users to compare outputs and generate results more efficiently through a single prompt. Globe also launched Instagram Basic, a service that helps users stay connected by enabling seamless promo purchases and personalized top-ups directly within the app. Through the in-app Mobile Center, users can access features such as data loans, helping them stay online for both social and daily activities before restoring their regular data subscriptions. Meanwhile, Globe Prepaid, Postpaid, and Platinum customers can access emergency loans, roaming assistance, and rewards redemption options that convert points into essential items such as food and fuel, reinforcing connectivity as a valuable support service during challenging times. Connection that cares for you Globe At Home demonstrated how connectivity can extend beyond convenience to support communities. Through GFiber Prepaid and GCash, the company is helping transform traditional public markets into digital marketplaces by providing free WiFi access for vendors. This enables merchants to access financial services such as credit and insurance, while allowing shoppers to make convenient scan-to-pay transactions. Globe At Home also introduced an integrated ecosystem that combines flexible connectivity, sustainable energy solutions, and everyday rewards. The company said the initiative moves beyond traditional internet service by offering households flexible payment options, energy-related solutions, and cost-saving benefits designed to meet evolving consumer needs. GoSafe, Globe’s latest campaign under its Globe of Good master brand, aims to promote safer digital experiences through site blocking, content filtering, and digital literacy programs that help Filipinos stay informed, protected, and empowered online. Connection that empowers you To support businesses in the digital economy, Globe launched Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GE CX). The solution helps organizations modernize customer engagement through AI-powered concierge services and conversational shopping assistants designed to improve customer support and drive revenue growth. In addition, selected GFiber plans now include free Vulnerability Assessment Scans, helping democratize cybersecurity by combining high-speed connectivity with proactive security monitoring. The initiative gives businesses greater confidence to innovate securely across industries such as e-commerce, healthcare, and finance. KD Dizon, Globe Chief Marketing Officer said, “Connectivity today is no longer just about access. It is about making people feel supported and building meaningful connections that strengthen lives. Whether it’s the connection that helps businesses grow, keeps families secure, or allows communities to thrive, Globe is committed to being that lifeline. Every day, we strive to give Filipinos the courage and confidence to keep going through services and solutions that uplift them.” Globe said it remains committed to serving as a trusted partner in the daily lives of Filipinos. Through innovations that help customers stay connected, support communities, and empower businesses, the company aims to redefine connectivity as a source of resilience, opportunity, and progress. As these solutions continue to expand, Globe believes they can help create safer, more inclusive, and more connected communities across the country.
