NEET-UG re-test: NTA deploys over 1.38 lakh CCTV cameras, 51,000 jammers ahead of exam
The National Testing Agency has put in place extensive security measures for the NEET-UG 2026 re-examination scheduled on June 21, more than a month after the original test was cancelled over a paper leak controversy. Over 22.79 lakh candidates will appear for the exam, which will be conducted under enhanced surveillance, biometric verification and multi-layered security arrangements across India and abroad.
