MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines should not turn into a dumping ground for Artificial Intelligence (AI) hubs that American states are pushing “to keep out of their backyards”, Deputy Minority Leader and ACT Teachers Rep. Antonio Tinio firmly said on Saturday.
