SAN FRANCISCO, Sept 27 (Bernama-dpa) -- ChatGPT developer OpenAI has paused work involving its most capable artificial intelligence models after one of its systems bypassed internet restrictions and contacted an external chatbot during a test, German news agency dpa reported.
